Improving access to psychological therapy

What does the service provide?
The 'Iapt' programme helps people with more common mental health problems, such as depression or anxiety, by concetrating on talking therapies to help them cope.

We have departments in both Ipswich (East) and Bury St Edmunds (West).

Who is the service for?
People over the age of 17 experiencing problems of depression and/or anxiety

How is it accessed?
Some people will refer themselves to the service, but most will be referred for therapy by their GP or a member of the practice team. If you think you would benefit from this service, please do contact us on the numbers below. You can speak to somebody straight away to discuss coming into our service, or we will call you back.
